Give yourself & your  loved one the gift of a relaxing & rejuvenating 2Hour Partner Yoga Workshop for married couples, significant partners, or just friends.

$40/couple. Pre-Registration Required. Space is limited!

   Skinny Jeans Yoga   Taught by Amanda Tadatada.

Want to look good in that pair of skinny jeans? Skinny Jeans Yoga utilizes many yoga poses to strengthen your thigh, butt, calf, and core muscles to help you fit into and look good
in those skinny jeans.  You can stick to your New Year’s Resolution this year with Skinny Jeans Yoga every Tuesday at 7:30pm!

De-Stress for 30 minutes of your Lunch Break

 Breathe, Loosen Up & Relax

 

Come as you are- work clothes are fine. Bring a blanket if you like!

Beginning with some breath work and a few simple stretches to loosen up and let go.

Moving on to the Relaxation, incorporating Aromatherapy and Sound Therapy for the majority of the session to restore our vital energy.  

Finally, reawakening our bodies to finish our day  refreshed and renewed!

Cyndi Rose will be teaching this Beginners’ Series of Tai Chi. Cyndi practices and teaches Tai Chi as a way to create healthy lifestyles.

Program is offered 4:30-5:30 p.m. Mondays.
